Rice CISD will be welcoming all students back to school on Wednesday, August the 11th. The use of face masks is encouraged and appreciated at all times and especially when social distancing is not possible. Remote learning is not an option this year for students and all students must attend in person and attendance requirements and truancy laws will be in effect. hand sanitizing stations will be widely available on each campus throughout the district and on buses. bus routes will remain the same as last year and only students living outside of two miles from their campus will be transported to and from school. This will allow for better social distancing on our routes and windows will be opened to improve ventilation. The district will continue posting any positive COVID case numbers on our website on a daily basis.
